Hollywood has a collective short memory. Blame is a hell of a lot cheaper than praise. Wish I could say that I personally was responsible for some Oscar winner or international blockbuster, but it's not the case. I recommended the script adaptation of <strong><em>Fearless</em></strong> (<a href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0106881/" target=blank rel="nofollow">the Peter Weir/Jeff Bridges one</a>) to my bosses, and although it wasn't much of a success, it's a fantastic movie and close to my heart. I worked quite a bit on developing <strong><em>Analyze This</em></strong>, but the final version bore little of whatever I'd done (it came out in '99, four years after I'd touched it). @Scott: That’s the way it goes.
