High-Five Hollywood! is weird, strangely nostalgic, vaguely homoerotic.

It’s tough to pinpoint exactly what I find so amusing about this video, and you might not chuckle even once if you’ve never been to Hollywood, but there’s something strangely compelling and catchy about the following:

    I do a lot of high fives just like in that video. Except that I am usually alone and, instead of looking at the camera afterwards, I ejaculate.

    What I noticed was how crisp the high five sound was… like a piece of celery breaking… it was beauty.

    Is that Mary Steenburgen playing keyboard in the kitchen?

    I find it funny also. It captures all that is manly about the high-five. No doubt Budweiser will steal this idea and make it an advertising campaign in a couple of years.

    I’m not sure, MC. I thought the same thing, that it looked like Steenburgen, but here’s a side-by-side. I think it’s close, but I’m not convinced.

    For one thing, the High-Five lady has a slightly better acting range.
