I’m sure the Wachowskis are planning something cool (click the picture) and I’m eager to see actual footage in order to figure out whether this will be zany, zippy, retro cool or ridiculous and crazy awful. USA Today has seven more stills from the movie and I’m curious: why do you think that Racer X’s look has been updated – from this – yet Speed is still sporting the baby-blue-and-ascot-and-bad-hair look? As long as Spritle and Chim-Chim get killed off early, I’m cool with whatever. They were worse than Miss Macross Minmei, and that’s saying something.

You might be out of luck there, Megan. This is supposed to be rated G, so I’m (unfortunately) thinking that the monkey and the dork will make it all the way to the end credits.
