Mr. Singer and company, we kneel before you as if you were Zod himself come to conquer. Thanks.
And Mr. Ratner? Take your big, silly fake-out Sentinel head and go home. This is how it’s supposed to be done.

Dedicated screenwriting 101 here: From an interview with Harrison Ford on the MTV Movies Blog in which the inevitability of another Indiana Jones movie is mentioned:
How do I get out of this? I love going to the movies with my boys, opening up their minds to the great pleasures of cinema and all that, but this is a hard one. Please help me: do I suck it up and just go, or can anyone out there provide me with a plausible, kind-hearted, permanent way out? (

Forget all about the great looking special effects and a promising (translation: very un-Hollywood) story line, Kevin Spacey just might have returned to form by taking the kind of role he’s supposed to play: a friggin’ bad guy!! Remember when Spacey took interesting parts where he didn’t play Bobby Darin? (By the way, thanks Kevin, the public was really calmoring for a Darin biopic. What’s next, your one man show “An Evening with Jim Nabors”?) remember when Spacey didn’t take roles in unwatchable dreck like “Pay It Forward” and “The Life of David Gale.” Thanks, Bryan Singer. For your next trick, can you bring Cuba Gooding Jr. back to sanity as well? Or has he already signed to do for the sequals to “Radio”, “The Fighting Temptations” and “Boat Trip”?
