Not breaking! Spider-Man 3 secrets not really revealed!

There really should be some sort of disclaimer for news that’s being released far, far, too far in advance of the big event it’s preceding – something to let you know the true informational value of a given item so that you don’t waste your time, you know, reading it.
Oh, right. That’s what blogs are for. Sorry, we’re still new at this.
Case in point: this not-quite-revealing-filler fluff thing from VH1 in which Spider-Man franchise third banana James Franco tells a bunch of non-facts and non-news about the evolution of his character Harry Osborn in the not-yet-filming second sequel. Here are few non-exciting bits, and *warning!* – non-spoilers to follow!
“The second film suggests that I’m going to a dark place,” the ruggedly handsome, grinning actor admitted. “I think people will be a little bit surprised about what happens.”
“I don’t know if it will wrap up,” Franco offered, admitting that “Spidey 3″ looks like it could be Harry’s last hurrah. “But the character definitely goes to interesting places.”
“We shot scenes that will go in the movie,” the star revealed.
Whew! Better dig out his confidentiality agreement. How disappointing it is to know that Spider-Man 3 will be “surprising” and “interesting” before they’ve even hired the craft service guy.
